How to play:

1. Participate in raffle at dinner
2. If chosen, we will collect your contact information
3. Winner will register for conference and book room.
4. Winner will then forward registration confirmation/hotel receipt to Secretary 
5. Secretary will reimburse winner via mailed check for conference/hotel fee
